Student Recruitment Specialist, ANZ 澳洲和新西兰项目招生副经理 Location:Guangzhou Main duties: * Assist Recruitment Manager and/or Partner and Accounts teams to develop sales plans to deliver revenue, profit and diversity targets * Work with marketing team to drive "localisation“ of product materials * Train internal and external Partner/Accounts teams on programmes and destination including entry requirements, visa requirements, capacity * Participate in holistic target setting and negotiation with the Partner & Accounts teams * Conversion activities including attendance at events and discussions with potential students and their parents and offer advice and guidance * Effectively operates in a commercial, cost focused environment * Supports the leadership of a best in class sales team through setting and communicating high standards of performance and behavior Essential Criteria: * Educated to Degree standard or compensating industry experience * Minimum of two years’ experience of working in the higher education sector * Experience of developing and implementing recruitment strategies * IT literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office * Experience of achieving targets * Experience of face to face sales * An ability to deal professionally with all staff, clients, partners and students * A quick learner able to understand and action effectively new tasks * Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail * Ability to work flexibly and independently with limited supervision and remote management. * Ability to set own targets and strategies * Ability to work as part of a team * Ability to present to large groups in a confident and persuasive manner * Ability to research and analyze market trends and produce reports * Excellent bi-lingual skills in Chinese and English both written and verbal * Excellent interpersonal skillsSelf-motivated, enthusiastic and a positive attitude Desirable Criteria: * Post Graduate qualification and/or overseas study experience * Experience of International student recruitment within a Higher Education setting * Experience of writing/designing promotional campaigns * Experience of using social media (Weibo, Kaixin etc) for marketing purposes * Experience of channel sales (i.e. through agent network or similar) Applicants must provide the Form in English explaining why you would like to choose the position.
