Please see below the email that will be sent to all JF6investors tomorrow. 

I hope this email finds you well. We are pleased to reachout to you today with exciting news regarding the San Jose MarriottHotels (Jobs Fund 6) project. On December 14th, the Sponsorrepaid EB5 Capital's $35 million contribution to the Jobs Fund 6 project. 

Now that the funds have been received,we will begin processing your requests for repayment and withdrawal, collectingthe necessary information, and confirming wiring instructions for investorseligible to be repaid. If you have satisfied your SustainmentPeriod or have discontinued your immigration process and wish to withdraw fromthe Partnership at this time, please submit the attached template withdrawalrequest and the completed wiring instructions if you have not done so already. If you haveprovided us with your request to withdraw, but have not provided wiringinstructions, please reply to this email with a completed version of theattached wiring instruction request form. Once you provideyour wiring instructions, please expect a phone call from an EB5 Capitalemployee to verbally confirm the information. If you will require a translatorfor your call, please let us know. We anticipatea distribution of these funds in January.

For investors who are remaining in thePartnership and will be redeployed into the next project, we are currentlyevaluating available opportunities and will be reaching out to you with anupdate once we have redeployed the funds.
