#Embrace Diversity ##Black is Beautiful#

Every February the U.S. celebrates Black History month, a time to reflect and honor the contributions that African-American’s have made to the vibrant culture of the U.S.  This past month, the Embassy community came together to celebrate this rich and extensive African-American cultural heritage through a variety of activities. 

One of the ways we did this was through a culinary exchange and cook-off. Food traditions can be symbolic and hold cultural meaning that we will share with some of our favorite dishes.
