2018年9月10 - 30日，来自世界各地的41位女企业家相聚美国，参加“全球多地区女企业家：经济乘数的力量”项目，其目标在于促进全球各地区的女企业家们与美国当地企业家、大学和创业中心等进行研讨交流，并帮助她们加强商业战略与合作网络建设。
演讲者将以图片和故事方式，从四个方面分享她参加这个项目的经历：一、女企业家访问项目的背景；二、访问行程及其美国中小企业家的创业与创新见闻，特别是关于政府、商业和社会如何跨界协作共同营造创业孵化及其生态环境；三、参加访问项目的全球41名女企业家所展示的五彩斑斓趣闻，以及她们背后的故事；四、个人体会与思考。

September 10 - 30, 2018, 41 women entrepreneurs from all over the world gathered in the United States to participate in the project “Women Entrepreneurs: Alumni as Economic Multipliers.” This project aimed to promote discussion and exchange between women entrepreneurs from all regions of the world and with entrepreneurs, universities, and entrepreneurship centers in the United States, in order to strengthen business strategies and cooperation networks.
Through pictures and stories, the speaker will share her experience as a participant in this project, focusing on four primary aspects: 1) The background of the project; 2) The experiences of American small- and medium-sized enterprises, especially in terms of how the government and society create an environment conducive to entrepreneurship incubation; 3) The colorful and interesting exhibition of 41 women enterprises, and the stories behind them; 4) The speaker’s personal experience and perspective.

讲者简介：翟雁是2003年“国际访问者领导项目（IVLP）”参加者，她自1995年参与民间志愿服务工作以来，通过民间志愿服务能力建设与创新，推动着中国近代志愿服务发展历程。2003年她创办了惠泽人公益中心，致力于中国志愿服务专业化建设与政策倡导。2018年9月，她作为全球多区域女企业家受邀再次参加IVLP项目。
Speaker: Ms. Zhai Yan was an International Visitor Leadership Program (IVLP) participant in 2003. Since she took part in civil volunteering work in 1995 and has promoted the development of modern Chinese volunteering through the construction and innovation of civil society. In 2003, she founded the Huizeren Volunteering Development Center and was committed to the professional construction and policy advocacy of NGOs in China. She was invited to participate in the IVLP project again as a global multi-regional women entrepreneur in September 2018.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the program starts. Please try to arrive at least 15 minutes before the program starts to allow enough time to go through security. You will NOT be admitted if you arrive half an hour after the program has started.
