Internship - Membership & Events Assistant
会员关系及活动策划助理（实习生）
Responsibilities
Office administration tasks
Events assistance and operation
Membership maintenance
Translation & proofreading
Marketing support, including WeChat, Weibo, official website and newsletter operation
Qualifications
Eligible candidates must be currently enrolled at a full-time university program and can work at the office three full days or afternoons per week for at least 6 months.
Required Skills
Good work ethic
Detail-oriented, outgoing and patient
Excellent command of both English and Mandarin
Ability to work under pressure and with attention to changing priorities
Computer proficiency, especially with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook (Knowledge of design software like Photoshop and Illustrator will be a plus)

协助维护会员企业关系
文件翻译、校对等
美商会官方微信、微博、网站和Newsletter运营
要求：
踏实勤奋，具备良好的职业素养
大学本科或研究生在读
良好的英语听说读写能力
有较强的抗压能力，能够根据工作重要性合理高效安排时间
熟练使用Office办公软件, 如Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook等 (会设计软件如Photoshop, Illustrator者优先考虑)
每周工作日（周一至周五）能连续工作三个全天或下午，并且保证实习期六个月以上
表现良好者将得到：
