If English is your second language, complaining through the Commerce Commission’s 0800 number about a business or person you believe is breaching one of the laws we enforce, just got easier.


Our new multiple language options mean you can talk to us in the language you feel most comfortable with, including Cantonese, Mandarin, Korean, Maori, Tongan, Spanish or Samoan. You can also now learn more about your rights as a consumer in different languages on our website.

The Commerce Commission is committed to getting important messages out to all parts of the community, if you would like to make a complaint using our new multiple language options, call us on 0800 943 600.


若英语并非您的母语,现在您将能更便利地通过商务委员会的0800热线,投诉您认为违法的商家或个人。


通过我们新推出的多语言选项,您可以使用您最熟悉的语言与我们交谈,包括广东话、普通话、韩语、毛利语、汤加语、西班牙语和萨摩亚语。
