On January 31st, 2019, on this snowy winter day, we welcome the annual Chinese New Year celebration, which has been long awaited. In international schools, Chinese New Year cele-brations are the most prominent activities to highlight Chinese language and local culture, and the achievements of traditional Chinese teaching.

2019年1月31日，在这个飘雪又温馨的冬日里，我们迎来了一年一度期待已久的中国新年庆祝活动。在国际学校里，中国新年庆祝活动是最能凸显中国及本地特色，中国语言文化和国学教学成果的活动。

오는 1월 31일, 눈 내리는 겨울날, 저희는 오랫동안 기다려 온 신년 행사를 개최하게 되었습니다. 저희 국제학교는 중국 신년맞이 행사를 통해 중국 전통의 가르침이 이루어낸 중국의 문화와 언어를 다시 한 번 상기시키는 것을 가장 중요하게 여겨 왔습니다. 

Our New Year celebrations this year included New Year's artistic performances, Chinese cultural game stations, Chinese handicraft booths, a shadow puppet show and lantern rid-dles sponsored by the Student Council. We also invited Mr. Wang Gaojing, a face-changing artist of the Sichuan Opera, and Mr. Zhang Shujin, a master of the Chinese Yo-yo, to bring two performances to our students. Students, parents and all foreign teachers have felt the profound Chinese culture and can look forward to the arrival of the Lunar New Year in a festive and peaceful atmosphere.

我们今年的新年庆祝活动包含新春文艺表演、中国文化游戏站、中国手工艺品集市，学生会主办的猜灯谜、皮影戏，我们更力邀了川剧变脸王高静老师和杂耍世家传人张书金老师为学生带来川剧变脸和抖空竹两项表演。学生、家长及所有中外籍老师们都感受到了中华文化的博大精深，更在喜庆祥和的气氛中期待农历新年的到来。

중국 신년맞이 행사는 학생회 임원들이 함께 참여한 예술적인 공연, 중국의 전통 놀이, 수공예, 그림자 연극 그리고 전등 수수께끼 등을 체험 할 수 있는 부스를 운영 할 계획입니다. 또한, 쓰촨 오페라에 소속된 경극 예술가인 왕까오징 (王高静) 님과 중국식 요요의 달인인 장수진(张书金) 님이 초청 예술가로서 학생들에게 공연을 펼칠 예정입니다. 학생, 학부모와 교사진 모두 조예 깊은 중국 문화를 느끼고, 따뜻한 분위기와 축제를 통해 행복한 설날을 맞이하시길 바랍니다.
