坐落于East Melbourne，造价数十亿澳元的Pariliament House常年被喜鹊，鸽子和鸭子占领。

这些动物们已经多到成为了隐患，并且给市政府带来了一大笔清理费用。

在去年尝试过安排假的老鹰吓走它们失败后，今年，墨尔本市政府决定派出真的老鹰来驱赶这些烦人的讨厌鬼了。

说真话，如果不是被逼急了，市政府也不会用这个绝招。

这些猛禽会在专人的看护下，每天出现在特定的时间里去震慑附近的鸟类。

市政政府希望通过这样的做法，可以赶走那些平时攻击性就很强的喜鹊，已经顺带缓和下鸟屎问题。

市政府也表示了，这样的方式并不致命，最主要的目的只是驱赶，而不是猎杀。

去年，Parliament House就安装了报警器和假的猎鹰，为了从那些“极具攻击性的喜鹊”口中保护附近的人。

但是，这些措施的效果甚微。

“For a number of years Australian Parliament House has experienced issues with magpie aggression and pigeon infestation,” a spokeswoman said.

“Aggressive magpie generate health and safety issues for visitors and building occupants and the pigeon infestation causes damage to the building and generates significant cleaning costs each year.

多年以来，成群结对的鸽子，带有攻击性的喜鹊成为了Parilament House的头疼问题。

每年的清扫费用都相当惊人。

“We have had a number of attacks on people by magpies here while people have been eating their lunches,”

“It’s not just the magpies, it’s also the ducks, the pigeons — they’re a nuisance.”

当人们在附近吃午餐的时候是最有被喜鹊攻击风险的时候。

不仅仅是喜鹊，还有那些鸭子和鸽子，就是一团麻烦。

希望新的措施能有效的震慑下附近的这些鸟类，也能让Parliament House真正从这些麻烦里解脱出来。
