什么是 SPF 50+ ？

SPF 的英文意思是 "Sun Protection Factor"，顾名思义，也就是保护人体不受紫外线伤害的标准。SPF 50+ 是较原来的 SPF 30 更高的保护标准，防晒霜在皮肤表面形成了保护膜，能够阻挡更多的紫外线接触到皮肤。举个例子，SPF 30 能够阻止 96.7％的紫外线，SPF 50 就能阻止 98% 的紫外线接触你的皮肤。听上去没什么变化，但如果按照人的年龄算，这将是客观的数字。

关于 SPF50+ 的悖论

什么是 UV 射线？

其实我们每天看到的太阳光是由不同的射线组成的，Sunshine is made up of different rays. 能够引起我们晒伤，皮肤癌等皮肤病的就是 Ultraviolet (UV) radiation 紫外线辐射。紫外线可以分为三种：UVA, UVB, and UVC。

在白天，随着阳光有大量的紫外线投射到地球表面，尤其是在早上10点到下午3点这段时间内，强烈的紫外线只要几小时就能造成皮肤损伤。在晴天的日子里，我们就可以享受一下杀菌带来的乐趣了。但紫外线与温度没有关系，阴天，或多云的时候同样也有紫外线。

紫外线等级越高，对皮肤造成伤害的时间就越短。

紫外线 UV Rays?

UVA Rays - 我们可以形象的讲UVA理解为“年龄射线”，UVA会导长期的皮肤损伤，皮肤老化。换句话说，它会导致皮肤过早衰老，褶皱，色斑等症状。额有，听上去有点恶心，要是哪个美女不懂保养，不可想象。

UVB Rays - 烧伤射线，导致皮肤蜕皮，发红，刺痛的就是它了。他和上面的兄弟不一样，不过要比他厉害，它是皮肤癌的罪魁祸首。

UVC Rays - 不看不知道吧，UVC其实是最厉害的，还要有臭氧层挡住了。

防晒小贴士－正确使用

防晒霜什么时候用最好？

出门前或进入强光区的10-20分钟前使用才最好。

防晒霜多久涂一次比较好？

每隔两小时涂一次，特别是在游泳，运动，流汗和擦汗以后。

每次涂的时候用多少才好呢？

大方点啊，多用点没坏处的啊，一块钱硬币大小的就好了，脚，手臂，身体前部，后部，脸，脖子，耳朵，只要是暴露在阳关下的，最好都涂一下。

海滩防晒盲点？

海滩上尽情享受的时候，你的防晒措施是否到位啊，盲点来了，眼睛下面，耳朵，嘴唇，肩膀，脚后跟，脚背等；

不同的肤质，应该选购不同的防晒霜：

油性皮肤：应该选购渗透力较强的水剂型、无油配方的防晒霜，使用起来清爽不油腻，不堵塞毛孔。千万不要使用防晒油，物理性防晒类的产品慎用。
痘痘型皮肤：与油性皮肤选购防晒霜相同，选择渗透力较强的水剂型、无油配方的防晒霜。但是当痘痘比较严重，发炎或者皮肤破损，就要暂停使用防晒霜，出门的时候只能采用遮挡的物理方法防晒。
干性皮肤：干性肌肤一定要选用质地滋润，并添加了补水功效以及增强肌肤免疫力的防晒霜，有很多防晒霜已经增加了防晒以外的补水、抗氧化功效。
敏感性皮肤：为安全起见，敏感性皮肤推荐选择专业针对敏感性肤质的防晒霜，或者产品说明中明确写出“通过过敏性测试”、“通过皮肤科医师对幼儿临床测试”、“通过眼科医师测试”、“不含香料、防腐剂”等说明文字，最好选择物理性防晒品。
