       一岁孩子眼里的“书”，是翻动能沙沙作响的纸张。

       两岁孩子的“书”，是打开摆在脸前的道具（模仿父母认真看书）。

       三岁孩子的“书”，是一遍又一遍地听父母讲同一个故事。

       四岁孩子的“书”，是一张张吸引注意力的绘图。

       五岁孩子的“书”，是一页页中寻找熟悉的“字眼”。

       六岁孩子的“书”，是一个个精彩的童话故事。

       七岁孩子的“书”，是能与小朋友分享的书。

       八岁孩子的“书”，是别人有自己也要有的书。

       九岁孩子的“书”，是能在传记和历史中遨游的书。

       十岁孩子眼里的“书”，是充满幻想和神秘色彩的书。

       儿童阅读的发展在每个年龄阶段都有所属的特点。英国人的阅读习惯真真是从小抓起的！

      在英国，学校作业都是成堆的课题和书单以及报告和essay，从小学贯穿到大学。当然，如果只是逼着孩子死读书，绝不会有这样的效果。
