  悉尼科技大学工程硕士专业课程的目的是使学生继续深入学习本科工程学中某一特定主修方向的知识和技能。所提供的科目遵循综合性的专业实践方法,通过必修学科和专业工程学科、与所选专业相关的必修学科、至少一个工程领域的独立工程毕业设计和一套选修课(任何工程或IT学科,其中一些需要预先审核)来实现。这门课程使刚毕业的工程师和专业技术人才在硕士层次深化他们在本科阶段的学习中获得的知识和技能,同时扩展他们的管理和专业工程知识。
