到西餐店就餐基本分五个步骤，即进酒店后由引导员领座，点酒水，之后看菜单点菜。进餐中服务员会来到桌子前询问有何需要，以及菜合不合口味。正餐过后服务员会问需不需要甜点，如果不需要则可以要求买单。
