近期在中文网络社交圈内惊现某不明身份人士，以刷屏方式散布针对我司的恶意中伤言论及不实信息。我司就该人士行为现声明如下：
该人士疑似使用不实身份，其针对我司散布的网络言论无任何真实依据可循，也与任何我司客户或业务无关。
我司已启动调查程序,对于恶意散布不实信息者及其对我司造成的一切名誉 经济损失,我司将对其采取法律行动并追究责任。
一切未经我司授权的个人或机构的言论行为皆与我司无关，不代表我司或任何我司员工立场。

re defamatory information on Chinese social media
It has recently come to our attention that certain anonymous person has been repeatedly publishing defamatory information about EMI International within a Chinese social media group.
In relation to the person’s conduct, we state the following:
1. None of the defamatory information has any basis, contains any truth, or is associated with any former or current client of EMI International.
2. We have initiated formal investigation into the matter, with a view of taking appropriate legal actions against the person publishing the defamatory information for any loss resulting from such publication.
3. EMI International is not associated with, and will not be responsible for the conduct or statement of any individual or organisation, where the conduct or statement is not expressly authorised by EMI international.
