This is a newly created role and we are looking for someone who ismulti skilled in desktop, server and network infrastructure within anenterprise environment who has outstanding communication skills to join ourhighly motivated and talented team.

As a key member of the IT Ops team, you'll beworking closely with the Senior Systems Engineer and IT Operations Manageroperating with the view of continuous improvement for both our hardware andsoftware environments to ensure we keep up with technology and best practice. Withyour attention to detail and excellent writing skills, you’ll ensure newinfrastructure is well documented.

We have a number of exciting projects on the goat the moment, so there is the opportunity for a mix of BAU and project work.You'll also be working closely with our Regional Office, so it’s essential youcan build effective relationships internationally with colleagues through emailand phone communication.

It Is Essential ThatYou Have The Following

 Experience working with 1st and 2nd level support roles in an enterpriseenvironment with the following Microsoft related technologies:

 TCP/IP networking, Active directory users and objects management

 Microsoft desktop applications such as MS Office 2007- 2013

 Microsoft Exchange 2013 support, Linux Red Hat, Vmware 5 and above

 Managed, maintain and deployed printing environments for personal andnetwork print devices.

 Proven knowledge and experience of installation and support of theMicrosoft Server and desktop operating systems such as Win XP, Win 7, Server2010 & 2008 R2 in an enterprise environment.

 Managed maintained and deployed Microsoft client\server applications andprinting environments.

 Experience with Client and Server cloning technologies is essential.

 Be willing to work rostered on-call shifts

 Relevant certifications or experience.

The 'cherry on top' would be experiencesupporting the following technologies;

 ManageEngine ServiceDesk,Genesys, VoIP, and Verint Voice Recorder

 Cisco Call Manager, Cisco Networking

 SAN, Fibre Channel, ISCSI, MS IIS web hosting and application servers

 Microsoft SCCM, Citrix XenApp and XenDeskop

 Managed, maintained, deployed and migrated to VMware ESXi 5.5environment

 Experienced supporting contact centre environments

 Understanding of ITsecurity concepts such as ISO, PCI and MS security
