我校教师2016年思维脑图培训
By the training of the mind map in 2016
新学期如期而至,繁忙的教学工作也已经开始。在一个寒假的休整和充电后,加拿达外国语学校的全体老师又再度回归工作岗位投入新学期的工作。为了将思维脑图教学方法进一步推广和深入,我校针对全体老师思维脑图专项培训于2月21日如期举行。培训老师为我校李佩仪老师,有着多年的思维脑图培训经验并在思维脑图和记忆大赛上频频获奖。 The new semester has arrived and the busy teaching work begins. After a rest during the winter holiday, all the teachers have returned to work again. In order to further promote the mind map way of teaching, all the teachers were trained again on February 21st.Our trainer is Miss Li who has many years of experience in training the mind map software, and she was also awarded a prize for some memory contest.
思维脑图和研学后教是我校独特和先进的教学方法,不仅能够加强教学效果,并且能够进一步打开学生的思维,提升学生自主思考的能力。培训现场,李老师深入浅出,从实际案例入手向大家讲解了何为思维脑图和如何更好地运用。除此之外,李老师针对老师们在运用思维脑图时出现的问题进行一一解答,结合思维脑图的特点和老师们运用的实际情况提出了可行建议,将思维脑图教学方法落到实处。同时,李老师还就思维脑图和研学后教如何进行更好的结合做了阐述,引起老师们对教学方法的进一步思考和探索。思维脑图和大脑记忆有着密切的关联,李老师还和大家分享了快速记忆的方法,现场展示了在3分钟内按顺序记住72个数字并且倒数自如。如此记忆力和记忆方法让在场老师深深折服,如果我们的学生也能完全掌握这样的记忆和学习方法,还用担心孩子们的学习成绩吗? The mind map and “teaching-after-studying” are unique and advanced teaching methods. They can not only strengthen the teaching effect, but be able to further open the minds and improve students' independent thinking abilities. On the training site, Miss Li explained what a mind map is from an actual case. She then showed how to better use it. In addition, Miss Li answered the questions about the actual situation of the mind map and put forward some feasible suggestions. She also shared with us more about the “Fast Memory Method” and showed the scene in 3 minutes to remember 72 figures and reciprocal. All the teachers were deeply admired. If our students can fully master their memory and learning methods, would we have to worry about our children's study?
再看我校老师们的学习状态,个个精神饱满,学习热情非同一般。老师们像学生上课一样分小组学习,以小组为单位进行讨论和比赛,现场气氛热烈。瞧,我们的年轻老师反应敏捷,在小组比赛中争先恐后,积极抢答。学无止境,我们的老教师们更是兴致勃勃。看!我们年纪最大、教学经验丰富的李老师不停地向年轻老师虚心请教,学习劲头可不输年轻人。有着这样一群勤奋好学、敢于接受新事物、不断突破自己的老师还怕他们的学生不爱学习吗? Our teachers are full of energy and enthusiasm. They, as our students, study very hard. They have learned and discussed in small groups. Look, our young teachers are responsive and the old teachers are more enthusiastic. Knowledge is infinite.
思维脑图是表达发射性思维的有效图形工具,更是课堂教学的有效方法。思维脑图和研学后教作为我校独特的教学方法是我校课堂教学的发展方向,先进的教学方法和勤奋好学、敢于创新的老师队伍,相信我们的教学一定会取得更大的突破。 The mind map is an effective tool for class teaching, “teaching after studying” as well as our unique teaching methods. We believe that teaching will achieve greater breakthroughs through mind map.
