根据美国能源信息署统计数据， 上周美国原油库存量再度上涨210万桶至5.041亿桶，再创一周存量新高。
原油价格经过三天连续反弹后再度滑落，截至北京时间凌晨4点03分， 纽约商品交易所西德克萨斯原油期货价格下滑58美分至30.77美元/桶，伦敦商品期货交易所布伦特原油期货价格下滑73美分至34.19美元/桶。

存量再增，油价难涨
截至目前为止，美国本月原油库存量达5亿桶以上，创自1930年以来新高。此前，由于沙特阿拉伯与俄罗斯初步达成关于联合减产的协议，原油连续三日一度冲高上涨，但由于此减产计划需要以伊朗加入为前提，而伊朗拒绝配合，使得减产行动并无实质进展。供给过剩，需求不足仍然是目前油价难以上涨的症结所在。
初原油以外， 汽油与蒸馏油产量也均有增长，分别上涨303万桶与139万桶，昨日汽油期货价格下跌2.3%至98.04美分/加仑，柴油期货价格下跌0.7%至1.0802美元/加仑。
一些基金经理表示，原油有可能面临新一轮的抛售，市场的过剩供给量由于美国东海岸气候的转暖有可能继续加大。
产油国减产商谈缓慢进行中
面临现状，产油大国们仍然在为联合减产的计划进行商谈，卡塔尔与委内瑞拉也加入了沙特阿拉伯与俄罗斯的减产协商中，这是15年以来第一次欧派克成员国与非成员国的联合协商。伊朗石油部长Bijian Zanganeh在周三表示对于此计划赞同，但无任何行动。
目前减产协议的关键阻力可能在于伊朗，伊朗在2012年以前每日产油量达220万桶/天，但经济制裁后，其产油两被削减至110万桶/天。在上个月伊朗被解除经济制裁后，伊朗表示其不会对原油减产。
欧美股市受累下滑，亚太股市反弹
昨日大部分欧美股市再度受原油回落影响下滑，但下滑幅度有限，道琼斯指数下跌0.33%，美国标普指数500下跌0.36%， 欧洲斯托克指数50收跌0.09%，德国指数30收涨0.92%，英国富实指数收跌0.97%。
亚太股市受中国股市反弹影响全线反弹，日经指数收涨2.28%, 香港恒生指数收涨2.32%，澳大利亚指数200收涨2.25%。
