Requirement:

The ideal candidate will be having some experience in a similar role possessing strong communication skills. Must bemotivated, energetic and able to workas a part of a team; Have goodorganisational skills, the ability to forward planand comply with key dates, and must be able to work to strict deadlines.

1. Processing the day-to-day financial transactions, such as invoicing,payments, banking and petty cash

2. Maintaining spreadsheets

3. Receiving and processing all invoices, expense forms and requests forpayment

4. Sales order processing

5. Managing daily post in and out

6. Handling and writing cheques

7. Reconciliation of Direct Debit mandates

8. Other work assigned by the head of finance department
