Job Description

We are adding a Financial Analyst to our Corporate M&A team in our London office. The position will be reporting to the CFO in London. The interview date will be on the date  9th to 10th June 2016 in our London office. 

Responsibilities

• Able to build, maintain and improve financial model for M&A project

• Liaise with internal and external parties on the preparation and delivery of business valuation

• Assist the company management in screening, executing and monitoring investment deals

• Conduct industry and corporate research and summarize findings in management presentations

• Create, analyze business models and business plans of M&A target companies

• Assist in the deal structuring and due diligence process

• Prepare formal documentation and presentations to support investment recommendations and investment commitment

• Monitor existing investments and prepare management reports

Requirements

• Degree holder in Finance, MBA or CFA preferred

• At least 5 years of experience in financial modeling

• Banking and PE, Capital market experiences highly preferred

• Strong financial analytic and technical skills

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and changing environment

• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills

• Fluency in written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
