We are looking for recent college graduates to start at the ground level of our company. Our Application Support Team provides front-line support for all users of the SAP Fieldglass application worldwide. The Application Support Specialist will be expected to provide service and support to both external and internal users. This role will located at our London headquarters.  



Responsibilities Include

  • Properly manage and monitor email and phone queues in accordance to customer agreements

  • Collect, analyze and work to provide solutions for clients

  • Actively keep up to date on the SAP Fieldglass application’s functionality

  • Strive to become an expert in the SAP Fieldglass application

  • Provide training sto SAP Fieldglass users

  • Assist with ad-hoc projects as requested



We’re Looking For

  • Candidates that have a recent Bachelor’s Degree and a passion for technology

  • Proficiency with typing

  • A strong knowledge of Excel, Word, Powerpoint

  • Someone who has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and problem solving

  • Ability to effectively communicate (written & verbal) as well as display empathy in communication with SAP Fieldglass users

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Strong understanding of customer service – prompt updates, managing expectations and meeting deadlines

  • Foreign language is a plus (Dutch, Spanish, German, French, Chinese, Japanese, Swedish and Portuguese)
