- Develop and implement the sales and market strategies to increase existing business and market share
- Monitor and analyse sales figures and trends, investigate reasons for changes and disseminate information to the related making recommendations and ensuring corrective actions
- Set up the appraisal mechanisms, visit travel agencies to develop & maintain customer relationship
- Organise and support GS participation at the individual or joint events, seminars, roadshows and functions to ensure our commitment to GSA
- Track the competitive landscape in relation to market segment, customer profiles and competitor activity
- Develop and implement sales procedures and policies in line with the industry best practices
- Set up sales call plans, daily, weekly & monthly reporting mechanisms
- Other duties requested by the General Manager of London Office
- You will need a relevant bachelor combined with 3 years of job related experience
- Should have excellent command of written and spoken English (Mandarin will be an advantage)
- Should have been associated with travel trade
- Need to demonstrate knowledge of airline procedures and distribution system
- Must have excellent relationship building skills combined with strong negotiation and influencing capability
