Working closely with the UK Marketing Manager and the VP Global Marketing, the UK Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing and managing various projects and activities that contribute towards the growth and promotion of the FDM brand. This is a generalist Marketing role that would suit an experienced, process-driven marketer with excellent attention to detail and a strong track record of delivery.

- Plan, execute and manage targeted campaigns to boost brand awareness, increase sales and attract local talent into FDM’s award-winning Careers Programme
- Support the sales and recruitment functions of the business with valuable marketing material and mailshot campaigns
- Write engaging copy / content for newsletters, brochures, the intranet and the website
- Strategically analyse and report back on the performance of marketing activities / projects
- Assist the UK Marketing Manager in annual budget planning for the UK and the production of marketing plans
- Get involved in growing and enhancing the alumni and Women in IT initiatives
- Contribute on our social media sites including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram
- Develop effective relationships with other departments and content sources within the company; including the global marketing team
- Any other reasonable duties, as required
- A marketing related degree or professional qualifications / certifications
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience with a strong track record of delivery
- Confident, enthusiastic, can-do attitude with great presentation skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills with ability to negotiate
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Able to use initiative and come up with creative ideas
- Works well in a team as well as independently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
- Good time management and punctuality
- Experience managing people
- Additional languages (French, German, Cantonese or Mandarin)
