Little Cactus Ltd has acquired the UK sub-franchise licence for the leading Taiwanese bubble tea café chain ‘T4. Tea For U’. It intends to expand the brand throughout the UK, bringing the most authentic and finest Asian tea drinks to Great Britain.

The T4 brand was established over 10 years ago and has already penetrated several international markets, with more than 55 stores successfully running around the globe. The Franchisor (All Day Foods Co., Ltd & Fine Day Food Co) has aggressive expansion plans, including delivering store openings in the UK. It has a refined product, as well as systems and processes to enable rapid growth for new franchisees and a registered trademark to protect its identity. Little Cactus will grow into the UK through its own café outlets and through the T4 franchise business system.

-   Developing and delivering PR strategies in accordance with our existing westfield stratford city store and franchise expansion

-   Overseeing the growth of franchises by attracting suitable and funded prospects to the brand thereby creating a wider awareness of the business

-   Demonstrating the franchise as a viable, profitable and worthy investment opportunity using the franchise business model

-   Developing relationship with relevant media contacts to improve corporate branding and enhance public relations

-   Preparing campaign newsletters, presentations and corporate communications projects to our prospect franchisees

-   Maintaining existing relationship with international franchisor

-   Creating and posting content across digital platforms, including the company official Facebook, Instagram, twitter and other social accounts

-   Strong communication skills with the ability of build relationship with people at all levels of the company and with senior clients and partners

-   Solid knowledge and understanding of social media

-   Good time management skill and ability to meet tight deadlines

-   Experience of education or working with IT, finance would be an advantage

-   Good command of Mandarin is preferable (particularly able to write and speak fluent Mandarin as you are required to deal with our large number of Chinese clients)
