(UK side)

-   Daily sales record and check, book keeping
-   Customer account Management (credit issue, invoice payment allocating, credit control, etc)
-   Company debit management
-   Quarter VAT return submitting and annual account preparation

-   Staff Payroll management
-   Budget planning

(Oversea side)

-   Work with our oversea suppliers (including factories, raw material suppliers, shipping companies, etc) account team, verify each invoice, each shipment bill
-   Plan and schedule each payment
-   Manage Fareast custom duty and other relevant payment.
-   Communicate and work with our Fareast office relating to any accounting issues
-   Booking keeping involved

-   ACCA certificate or UK degree in accounting & finance back ground, or equality

-   Know how to use Sage, Microsoft Office

-   Familiar with China Accounting system

-   Relevant job experience required

-   Good communication skill, including fluent English and Chinese speaking

-   Good leadership and teamwork skills
