We are currently looking for a curriculum development manager with academic excellence and relevant teaching experience, to develop and construct the teaching curriculum of Etun course and hold pride in the quality of the tailored course. Our staff are of great importance to us and one will be working in a highly professional yet friendly and flexible environment.

-   Design specific and tailored learning systems for each individual according to their learning habits and styles

-   Deliver clear, comprehensive lectures and tutorials designed to help students improve their understanding and performance

-   Help Chinese students adapt to the new studying environment effectively and efficiently, assist them to discover their unique advantages in studying Economics and provide suggestions in applying for top UK universities

-   Provide determined, highest quality education consultancy service which meets the needs and interests of Mandarin-speaking learners

-   Plan strategically together with director for the development of the promoted learning package to meet the establishment’s quality and financial targets

-   Assist HR to recruit, develop and retain highly skilled, qualified and experienced teaching and marketing team to meet business requirements and the needs of our learners

-   Stellar knowledge in specific subject

-   Basic understandings about the A Level system

-   Fluent spoken English and Mandarin

-   Teaching experience skills

-   Self-discipline and good work ethics

-   Empathy and patience
