-   Operate as the leading point of contact and spokesperson for any and all matters specific to partners and customers

-   Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships

-   Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions and strategies according to customers’ and partners’ needs and objectives

-   Communicate clearly the progress of monthly / quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders

-   Planning, developing and implementing public relation strategies

-   Liaising with colleagues and key spokespeople

-   Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes

-   Organising public events for company

-   Maintaining and updating information on company's website

-   Managing and updating information and engaging with users on social media sites

-   Collating and analysing media coverage

-   Addresses individuals, clients and other target groups through meetings, presentations, the media and other events to enhance the public image of an organisation

-   Excellent Mandarin and English language skills, especially in speaking and writing

-   Good and comparative understanding and research skills of Chinese and British education system and market

-   Master degree or above

-   Candidate with both Chinese and British educational background are preferred
