Your role will involve:

·Managing bank accounts and updating daily statement

·Assisting in settling daily and monthly statement for our insurance agents

·Responsibility for the data integrity of our company system

·Taking calls from customers and providing kindly help to them

·Generating invoices and receipts in a timely manner

·Other payable and receivable works

·Any other ad hoc works such as administration and filing

·Be able to work full time in the UK legally (International students can work during legal holidays)

·Work hard and be able to do multiple tasks simultaneously

·Have strong communication skills

·Have a good command of Excel and other office software

·Be enthusiastic and self-motivated

·Pay attention to detail and be well organised

·Pay attention to deadline
