为了满足学生成长需求的理念，加拿大高中于2017年11月16日-17日两天全天召开本学期期中约谈家庭会议。每个家庭分别与外教老师和加方校长以及中方教师针对本阶段学生在校的学习、生活等状况进行了沟通，并发放成绩汇报卡。

  In order to foster international students tobecome self-absorbed learners and time management planners,On November 16th-17th, 2017, Sino-Canadian High School had the midterm parents interview throughout the day. Each student, with his/her parents, met each teacher in person and had a conversation about the students performance during school.

在单独的家庭约谈会中，为每个家庭创造了一个更好地沟通平台，同时也为每位学生保留了隐私空间。自己的成绩，自己对于学习上的问题，不用尴尬地晾晒在全班级同学和家长的面前。而学生、家长和老师也可以更有针对性地对每一位孩子来进行指导。

  During the interview, parents and students asked questions about how to improve their studies, and the teachers provided answers. These interviews were private, and allowed teachers, parents, and students to be frank and honest about their issues.

         每个家庭都非常地满意这样的沟通。对孩子有了进一步了解的同时，也加强了对孩子学习的支持与信任，共同期待着下一阶段学生的进步！

  Every family was very satisfied with their interview.This helped further the students understanding, and also strengthened the support and trust between teachers and students. We are all looking forward to the improvement of the students!
