With a knowledge of how best to create luxury, our client offers a wide range of ready to wear pieces, as well as one-of-a-kind made to measure garments; creating an individual experience separate to that of many stores.
They are now seeking a likeminded luxury brand ambassador with an understanding of how best to communicate with and sell to luxury clientele.
This is a brilliant opportunity to work with a brand seen not only on runways worldwide, but kicking up a storm in the celebrity realm.
Responsibilities :
Greet, serve and advise customers, meeting the brands exceptional standards of customer service
Reflect the glamour the brand has become known for
Demonstrate product knowledge of all areas of the brand, current marketing campaigns, and new launches in order to answer customer queries with regards to these
Represent the brand during promotional events
Have a detailed understanding of products including materials and features in order to better advise customers
Follow all stock management procedures
Maintain the highest standards of housekeeping and display to insure that these meet the boutique’s requirements
Have a high-level understanding of the selling systems, including cash and credit and exchange procedures.
Attend meetings and training events
To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team
The Ideal Candidate:
Eligible to work in the UK
Experience in luxury sales
Adheres to the brand’s appearance guidelines
Excellent communication skills – both written and oral
Positive working attitude and a strong drive for results
Have a genuine interest in and understanding of the luxury retail and the fashion industry
Be able to work alone as well as part of a team
Able to successfully multitask and prioritise workload
A proactive attitude
Enthusiastic and self-motivated
Be able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
Mandarin speaker with high level English ability
