We are looking for an enthusiastic Chinese speaking Guest Service Agent for the Holiday Inn Express in Manchester City Centre Oxford Road.

The Guest Service Agent is responsible for:

• The welcome and farewell of all guests and visitors to the hotel.

• They deal with arrivals, departures and customer requests during the stay with us.

• The delivery of outstanding customer service to all guests is paramount to every task they complete.

• To Provide a warm welcome to all by being polite, courteous and helpful at all times.

• Adhering to company's policies and procedures

• Provide information to guests, therefore product knowledge is important.

• This would include knowledge of what is going on in the hotel and local area.

• Handles any guest complaints and/or remarks; provides a response as soon as possible

Skills

A friendly approach is essential in this customer facing role. Accuracy is also a very important part of this role therefore an eye for detail is essential, along with good communication skills. Good administrative skills and previous use of Outlook, Word would be an advantage.

Highly proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese is essential.
