新龙集团签证申请 & 服务中心协作员

薪资:£17k / 年

工作性质:全职 (有权利在英国工作的)/ 长期实习 

工作时间: 9:00 -- 17:30 Mon to Fri


工作职责: 

  • 接受符合OISC (Office of the immigration services commissioner) 标准和法规的相关签证培训,并应用于OISC 类规则的申请和服务

  • 向UKEC的学生以及新龙集团的客户提供签证申请和指导服务 

     (辅导学生及其所需的签证类型; 评估和核查申请文件;填写签证申请表等)

  • 按照OISC的规定,定期接受签证培训

  • 与OISC保持联系,并在需要的时候及时与OISC沟通

  • 维护并保持签证信息与顾客信息的及时更新

  • 确保业务达到OISC的标准要求以及协助签证团队应对OISC的检查

  • 评估和管理UKEC精英大学的申请

  • 校对和翻译学生的个人陈述

  • 协助学生准备入学相关的面试

  • 与需要相关服务的学生, UKEC教育咨询顾问以及合作大学间就相关申请流程保持联系,并将其转化为个人业绩。

Job Title: Office Coordinator

Department: Finance Department

Salary: £16,000-£18,000 dependent on experience

Desired Start Date: ASAP

Full time: 9:00-17.30

Contract Type: Permanent


Position Objectives:

The Office Coordinator will support the Finance Manager and provide general back office support to Xinlung’s 9 offices in the UK. You will mainly be responsible for organising all the administrative and logistical activities that facilitate the smooth running of all Xinlung Departments; stipulating Office management system and policies; coordinating & liaising with internal colleagues and departments as well as external clients and suppliers.  

Main Responsibilities

  • Maintaining the stationery supplies and equipment; and maintaining good condition of all departments and arranging necessary repairs.

  • Sourcing and reviewing suppliers (e.g. energy, mobile/landline suppliers, etc.) to ensure that the company is always getting excellent value for money and service.

  • Planning and organising all company-level events and meetings including selecting and setting up venues, accommodating staff and clients, scheduling activities, etc.

  • Working with HR to manage all health & safety, fire prevention and desk assessments; and working with HR to manage work email accounts for all employees.

  • Ensuring that all company data is managed securely following the data protection policies.

  • Undertaking any ad hoc responsibilities designated by the line manager.


Required Knowledge, Experience, Skills& Personal Traits:

  • Excellent verbal and written English

  • Previous experience with assisting in managing an office in a fast-paced environment

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent

  • Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email)

  • Great relationship-builder and ability to work well within a team

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills

  • Proactive, flexible and can-do attitude

  • Excellent negotiation skills

  • Willingness to work in a multi-cultural setting

  • The candidate must have, at the start of employment, permission to work full-time in the UK

  • Excellent verbal and written skills in Mandarin
