重庆尼依格罗酒店将在2017年11月下旬至12月初推出“原味意大利”美食体验周活动。作为由意大利外交和国际合作部组织所发起的全球性美食推广活动，“第二届意大利美食周”在重庆重要的落地活动, 重庆尼依格罗酒店将推出一系列激动人心的意大利美食体验, 为重庆市民带来真正的意大利风味。

Niccolo Chongqing is proud to launch the Italian food week initiative through late November to early December 2017. As part of the 2nd “ World Week of Italian Cuisine” Campaign organized by the Italian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Niccolo Chongqing will present a series of exciting offering and activities to bring the truly Italy flavor to local citizen during this period.

客座大厨 Andrea Delzanno

从11月20日至26日，酒店特邀来自香港的客座厨师 Andrea Delzanno 坐镇欣厨，提供一系列的独具特色，原汁原味的意大利菜肴。作为一名资深的意大利名厨, Andrea曾任职于香港多间顶级意大利餐厅，拥有丰富的意大利菜肴烹饪经验。此次，大厨Andrea会将他的招牌菜如慢炖牛脸肉配巴罗洛葡萄酒酱及南瓜泥，蒜香烤龙虾意面，白松露宽意面等菜式带到欣厨。

From 20th to 26th November, the hotel is glad to invite special guest chef Andrea Delzanno from Hong Kong to present a series of signature Italian dishes in Niccolo Kitchen. As a native Italian chef who have intensive cooking experience in those top Italian restaurants in Hong Kong, chef will bring his signature dishes such as slow cooked wagyu beef cheek, barolo sauce, pumpkin puree’, Grilled lobster linguine with tomato sauce and garlic and Tagliolini with white truffle are the chef’s specialties to Chongqing.

在此期间，城中最高酒吧，吧62也荣幸的邀请到客座调酒师带来手工调制的意大利特色鸡尾酒，让客人在享受重庆最惊艳的夜景同时，体验意大利式的传统饮料。大厨Andrea亲自设计的特色小吃拼盘Aperitivo则会作为一个惊喜赠礼于11月每日下午5点至7点奉送给购买酒精饮品的客人。让客人从餐食到饮品, 体验一个完整的意大利风味。

Meanwhile the highest bar in town, Bar 62 is also honoured to present special handcrafted Italian Franciacorta e Prosecco based cocktails from guest bar specialist while the guests embrace the most magnificent night view of Chonqging. A special designed italian snacks, Aperitivo, created by Chef Andrea Dalzanno will be complimentary treats for every alcoholic drink order daily from 5 to 7pm throughout November. From food to drink, a complete authentic Italian flavor will be provided to those guests throughout the week.

第二届意大利美食推广周

第二届意大利美食推广周官方举办时间为11月20至26日，这是意大利政府发起的一项举措并由意大利外交部、农业政策部、教育部以及经济发展部共同施行。这项举措将囊括所有在世界能代表意大利美食的公共机构和个人：国家和大区政府、意大利贸易促进会、意大利旅游局、大学、商会、相关协会、烹饪学校、意大利餐饮认证体系以及餐饮领域的经营者。

第一届世界美食推广周期间在全世界108个国家共举办了1395场活动。对于推广意大利饮食和“意大利制造”的产品是一次空前的成功，对于该活动意大利厨师联盟也做出了重要的贡献。而在今年得益于更多酒店以及餐饮行业的经营者的参与，本届美食周在中国西南地区将持续至12月。

The 2nd “World Week of Italian Cuisine” Campaign will be official held on 20th to 26th November 2017, Which is an international campaign launched by Italian Government including Foreign Ministry, the ministry of agriculture, the ministry of education and the ministry of economic development. This campaign will also involve those Italian public organization and individuals who can help to promote Italian cuisine around the world, such as the nation and regional government, the Italian trade promotion association, the Italian tourism board, the university, the chamber, the association, the culinary school, the Italian food certification system and the catering operators.

The 1st “World Week of Italian Cuisine” Campaign had held 1395 activities in 108 countries. It was a best ever success in terms of promoting Italian cuisine and those food products made in Italy. During the campaign the Italian Chef Association contributed a lot. And this year thanks to more and more hotels and restaurants operators are involved in this campaign, the whole campaign period will last till December in south east China region.
