一直以来，新移民最担心的就是就业问题。加拿大移民局为了解决新移民的就业问题，特地设置了Planningfor Canada-CIIP项目。到目前为止，CIIP已经帮助众多新移民在各行各找到就业机会，以下为最近的就业客人名单（私人信息被隐藏）：

Planning for Canada-CIIP（加拿大移民就业协助项目）为预期新移民提供免费离境前就业安家服务，除了提供准确的信息资源，还有"一对一"咨询辅导，并且帮助项目参与者在到达加拿大前与CIIP的就业安居伙伴取得联系，提前接受新移民各项服务。而在就业这一块，新移民通常在接受CIIP服务之后，会得到后续离境前就业辅导和联系当地雇主的机会，增加就业机会。

以下为们的服务流程：

通常，就业辅导会采用混合教学模式，包括自学模式和一对一辅导形式，如下图：

通过就业辅导后，CIIP就业伙伴会为客人安排当地雇主面试和参加招聘会的机会。

Congratulations go out to our client, from China who just secured a position at Equity Bank as Senior Credit Analyst! R began her hiring process while still in China by doing a phone interview with Equity Bank. She then secured the position with 3 more in-person interviews upon landing. It was with support from our Job Developer that R learned the importance of references and got suggestions on who to approach. R also was referred by our Job Developer to a recruiter at Scotia Bank, one of her other top choices for employment, and attended a Toronto Dominion Bank networking event at the offices. All of these events helped give her a confidence boost for her final interview. It just proves the key to a successful job search in Canada is networking.
