实习生:办公室行政及活动策划助理一名


1、工作职责:

- 办公室行政工作

- 活动和会议的支持和执行

- 协助维护会员企业关系

- 文件翻译、校对等

- 西南美商会官方微信、微博、网站运营


2、要求:

- 踏实勤奋,诚实可靠

- 大学本科及研究生在读

- 良好的英语听说读写能力

- 熟练使用Office, Excel, PPT, Outlook等办公软件

每周五个工作日下午,并且保证实习期至少六个月以上(2018.7-2019.2)

Internship:An Office & Event Assistant


1. Job responsibility

- Daily administration work

- Events assistance and operation

- Membership maintenance

- Translation & proofreading

- AmCham’s Wechat public account, Webo and official Website operation


2. Basic requirement

- Good command of both English and Chinese

- University students are acceptable

- Proficient in office software such as Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook.

Able to work in 5 weekdays' afternoons per week and Guarantee at least 6 months internship(2017.7-2018.1)

AmCham southwest is a non-partisan, non-profit organization that promotes commerce and investment between the United States and Southwest China. Established in 1996, as the largest and most influential foreign chamber of commerce in Southwest China, It maintains strong relations with the American Consulate in Chengdu in order to work more closely with the U.S. and Chinese government to help foster vibrant and constructive commercial relations between the U.S. and Southwest China.
