The auction market will ease back into action on Sunday but it won’t be until Tuesday night that a considerable number of properties go under the hammer.
Sunday’s line up is headed by a five-bedroom house at 274 Simpsons Rd, Currumbin Waters.
Marketed by Ron London, of London Estate Agents, the house offers sweeping views from an elevated position within the suburb.
Alternatively, those looking for something a little closer to the city can get their hands on a Surfers Paradise cottage at 15 Thornton St.
On a 405sq m block, the property offers opportunities for a buyer to build their dream home just around the corner from the beach.
Following those, attention will turn to Ray White Runaway Bay’s auctions at the Sheraton Mirage on Tuesday from 5.30pm, where principal Ali Mian will be hoping to see midweek bidders out in force.
Among the 17 auctions scheduled, there will be a number of homes from The Sovereign Islands including 38 Royal Albert Cres.
The five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion was designed by architect Stuart Osman and is filled with fine fixtures and fittings.
The waterfront home is marketed by Keith Wilson.
Others in the prestigious enclave to go under the hammer include 90 Royal Albert Cres and 4 Royal Mews, both of which are marketed by Amir Mian.
For those who can’t stretch the budget for a mansion, other options in the line-up range from Pacific Pines to South Stradbroke.
For buyers on the southern end of the Coast, 28 Dungogie Drive at Tallebudgera will go under the hammer from 6pm on Tuesday.
Ray White Coolangatta’s Tom Collingwood will take the private family home to auction.
On Wednesday and Thursday, a handful of units and smaller properties will be available for purchase such as a Clear Island Waters villa at 125 Santa Cruz Blvd.
