Clifton Hill and Park Orchards have both strengthened over the last three months, having risen from second and third spots respectively. Newcomers to the list are Viewbank, The Basin, Ivanhoe and Aberfeldie, the only western suburb in the list.  Paul Lunardi from Nelson Alexander Fitzroy said Clifton Hill embodied the benefits of inner city living, but without the invasive hustle and bustle.

“People that live in Clifton Hill love the community spirit,” he said
