上周末再创拍卖新高，清盘率升至82%，上一次录得这个清盘率数据还得回到三年前，同时近期的拍卖的价格也比房东设定价格有较大的提升，市场受到降息的影响，显著回升。REIV数据显示，屋主信心大增，下周将有850套房产再战拍卖市场，期待更好的拍卖结果。

A clearance rate of 82 per cent was recorded this weekend compared to 74 per cent last weekend and 57 per cent this weekend last year.
 
There were 573 auctions reported to the REIV this weekend, with 467 selling and 106 being passed in, 60 of those on a vendor bid.
 
Next weekend the REIV expects around 850 auctions.
