不少朋友圈里都在传一张Neighbourhood Watch Point Cook 主页上的一张截图，并有不少人在底下夸大其词的说：大家小心，有一个恐怖分子从附近的空运基地抢走了一批武器，正在去空军基地。
那么事实到底是不是这样的呢？
Neighbourhood Watch Point Cook是一个facebook页面，里面会更新一些官方新闻。经过小编仔细审阅发现：1.没有任何文字说明这个是恐怖分子。 2. 该人逃跑时偷了车，之后还撞上了树。 3. 警方只是怀疑这个人持有武器，这个人不可能单枪匹马去空军基地抢武器。
所以，以上所有朋友圈里的信息都是在夸大其词！

Black Highway Patrol Police say a man who fled the scene of a car accident after a police pursuit at Point Cook may be armed.
The drama began just after 3pm when a police patrol spotted a stolen blue-coloured Ford Falcon in Saltwater Promenade.
Police gave chase but the pursuit was abandoned for safety reasons.
A short time later the suspect vehicle was involved in a collision when it struck a tree on Point Cook Road.
A woman was arrested at the scene but police are stil searching for a man and say while there is a possibility he may be armed, that has not been confirmed.
The police helicopter and ground units are now searching for the man.
所以现在警察正在用直升机和地面部队搜索这个男子，这个男子确实具有攻击性，但不是恐怖分子，也没抢走什么空军基地的武器。
