胜利高地(Victory Heights)是湖城地区(Lake City)附近的一个社区，这个社区的名字来源于附近一条名为胜利（VictoryHighway）的高速公路。
这条高速公路期初由格哈特·埃里克森路在1903年的时候赞助修筑，所以名为格哈特·埃里克森路（theGerhart Erickson Road）。后来又被改名为十分路（BothellRoad）,1924年的时候才敲定了胜利高速(VictoryHighway)这个名字。
而现在，这条路被叫做湖城东北路（LakeCity Way NE）。1954年，这里附近被西雅图吞并，成为了西雅图里的一个城市。
人文环境：
该地区居民主要以白种人为主，其次是一部分的亚裔，西班牙人和黑人。平均家庭收入为92,,667美金，属于西雅图平均收入水平的中上层，就教育水平而言也属于不错的地方，有接近20%的居民是研究生以上学历。

Victory Heights is a neighborhood in the Lake City district of Seattle, Washington. It was named after the Victory Highway, which formed the eastern border ofthe area. The highway was originally called the Gerhart Erickson Road, the namesake of which was Gerhart Erickson, who sponsored the Good Roadslegislation in 1903. The road was then renamed Bothell Road, changed to VictoryHighway in 1924, before returning to Bothell Road; it is now called Lake CityWay NE.[1] Theneighborhood was annexed to the city of Seattle in 1954.
