● More than one-third ofinternational real estate buyers in California,USA, come fromChina, a newsurvey shows.

● From March 2014 to March 2015, Aisan buyers made up 57% on overseas realestate purchases in California, followed by 18%from Europe, 14% from LatineAmerica,6% fromCanadaand 3% fromMiddle East and Africa.

从 2014 年 3 月到 2015 年 3 月，加州国际房产买主 57% 来自亚洲，18% 来自欧洲，14% 来自南美洲，6% 来自加拿大，3% 来自中东。

● The most popular destination (20%) isLos Angeles, followed bySan Diegoat 9.3% andRiversideCountyon 9%. Just over half of buyers (54%) targeted South California, with 29% looking inNorth Californiaand 18% elsewhere in the state.

● Morethan Two-thirds (69%) of international buyers paid all-cash and (37%) were for properties worth 1 million and more.

● Two-thirds (62%) of international buyers bought single-family detached homes, 10% purchased townhome, 15% are in condominium or apartment, 13% bought land/commercial.

● Nearly half of overseas buyers purchased a home in the suburbs. Those buying in a city center or urban area fell from 38% in 2013 to 33% in 2014, while purchases in small towns/rural areas increased by 1% to 10%.
