Christie Xie is the Founder, CEO of Nuage Investment Realty, abrokerage and consulting firm focused on real-estate investment properties. Shehas 7 years of investment experience, including 4 years investing inreal-estate specifically. Christie is a Certified Financial Planner and hasworked previously at Morgan Stanley and Fidelity Investments. Christiehas been living in Boston for 15 years. She graduated from BabsonCollege with a BS in Business Management and Bentley University with a MS inTaxation. She is a member of the national REALTOR association and aboard member of the Boston AREAA (Asian Real Estate Association ofAmerica).

Lynne Bagby

Lynne Bagby is the New England DivisionManager with Asset Preservation, Inc. She has earned the Certified ExchangeSpecialist (CES®) designation from the Federation of Exchange Accommodators. Workingthroughout the Northeast since 2000, Ms. Bagby has facilitated thousands of varioustypes of exchanges and is committed to quality customer care, as well asproviding the most current information available with regard to IRC §1031 andthe client exchange process. She has taught continuing education classes in allsix New England states, appeared as part of local and national educationalexchange panels and has been a guest on real estate–related radio programsgeared to real estate investors.

David Zhang

David Zhang is the Founder, Accountantof Z&Z Accounting Services LLC, an accounting firm based in Boston, focused on small to medium size businesses and individuals. Z&Z Accounting Serviceshas clients in different industries including real estate investment, otherreal estate related businesses and all other industrials. David isan Enrolled Agent certified by IRS and has worked previously at iRobot Corp,and Cantata Technology. David has been living in Boston for over 10 years. He graduated from Babson College with a BS in Business Management and Bentley University with MS in Accounting and MBA in Marketing.
