今年上半年住宅物业投资者根据购买区域的不同,已经实现租金总收益为4.2%到12%。

Interest.co.nz联合REINZ推出了一个新的出租方市场回报率的指示工具:Residential Investment Property Yield Indicator

不过该指标旨在介绍了市场大致趋势,而不是一个详细的分析。
