Mr. Wu has served China Baosteel Group, Siemens HQ Germany and Alstom (China) before. At present he is working for National Innovation Demonstration Zone as Senior Executive Vice President of Shanghai Zhangjiang High-tech Park Development Co., Ltd, and Executive President of Shanghai Changsanjiao Sci-tech City Development Co., Ltd. Over 36 years’ professional career and 13 years living experience in Europe are the key assets for his success in different companies, functions and culture environment.

Mr. Wu has been awarded a series of honors by Chinese government and companies for his excellent contributions to China and its international relations. He is Senior Adviser to CPC Central Committee in Beijing and Innovation Consultant for Chinese provinces and cities. He is also Standing Member of Shanghai Committee of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), Executive Vice Chairman of Shanghai Young Intellectuals Association and President of Council of Foreign Invested Enterprises.

Originally from Xiaoshan in Hangzhou City, born in 1968, MBA graduate from Fudan University, Mr. Xiao is Secretary General and also the co-founder of the Chamber of Commerce for Hangzhou Enterprises in Shanghai (CCHES), Deputy Secretary General of Hangzhou Business Research Association and Deputy Secretary General of the Shanghai Business Association Council.

He has been with CCHES from preparatory stage to establishment since 2005 in Shanghai, focusing on the work for chamber of commerce ever since. He founded Zhejiang Business Trading Co. Ltd as a platform for fund-raising and investment and have invested in a number of startup companies

Chen Jun has dedicated himself to the investment promotion and service of Jiashan, especially investment from Europe and America. He is conversant with the Development Zone’s history, industry structure, services, infrastructure and policy, etc. Chen Jun has cooperated with several chambers of commerce and agencies for all kinds of events.

Prior to Jiashan ETDZ, Chen Jun worked in the industry of auto parts in which he gained knowledge of manufacturing.
