Waikato Pathways College offers a range of English language programmes for international students whose first language is not English. We are currently seeking two experienced English Language teachers to join our teaching team.

You will provide effective and high quality teaching, contribute to programme and curriculum development and be able to contribute to, lead and operate in a team environment, demonstrating high levels of professionalism and client service.

Knowledge of English language teaching principles and practice is essential, as well as a high level of digital literacy and oral and written communication skills. General education to a first degree or equivalent, a qualification in second language or English language teaching and relevant tertiary experience is also essential. You will have a high level of organisational skills, be able to work independently, and demonstrate initiative and flexibility. You will be perceptive, able to foster positive working relationships, self-motivated and committed to a high performing and constructive work culture.

Salary will be in the range of $51,122, to $66,788 per year, depending on skills and experience.
