--国际部管理论坛主任发言主题
2016年2月26日,长春市实验中学2016年教学德育管理论坛在我校报告厅举行,论坛中来自学校各年级的优秀教师及中层领导共10人进行工作过程中经验和体会的分享,全校领导及老师共同参加了此次论坛。国际部张主任也在论坛中做了发言。张主任先从国际部创办的初心为起点,即以学习中外精品课程为载体,体会中外文化之精华,培养具备国际视野和素养的师生。同时介绍了国际部自创办以来至今一步一个脚印的成长历程。通过对国际部学生的三年规划、课程设置、文化建设、学生活动、管理制度建设等及中外教师的管理、配合,任务落实反馈,周工作汇报的梳理,及家校联系简报的坚持,使大家进一步了解到国际部如何一步步不断的发展和提升。其间离不开学校领导的支持与指导,离不开家长的信任和理解,更离不开国际部师生的坚持与努力。张主任发自内心的演讲,分享亲身经历的每段感受,朴实而有内涵,博得了校领导及全校教师的一致好评。相信在我们的共同努力下,在细致教育的坚持下,定会培养出更多优秀的国际型人才。

On Feb. 26th, 2016, Teaching and Moral Education Management Forum was held by Changchun Experimental High School in the Sino-Canadian auditorium. All school leaders and faculty members attended the forum. During the period of meeting time, 10 excellent leaders and teachers shared teaching experiences. Director of International Division, Zhang, made a speech. Her speech started from why the International Division was established. The original intention of the establishment was purely to make students have opportunities to experience essence of Chinese and foreign cultures by studying international courses so that they can think, talk, and feel from international perspective and behave with good quality. What’s more, director Zhang also introduced how International Division had developed up to today step by step. In addition, through details like tree-year plan for students, course assignments, cultural construction, student activities, management systems, collaboration between teachers, etc, people further figured out why International Division had made a huge improvement. During the period that International Division has grown up, doubtlessly, it couldnt move forward without the support and guide from main school, trust and understanding from parents, and time, efforts, and energy from Sino-Canadian teachers. The speech from director Zhang has gained good reputation from leaders and all faculty members. We can be sure that an increasing number of international talents will be cultivated with our joint efforts and our persistence of providing patient and careful education.
