As we all know, the discriminating to female is considered as a horrible appearance in our society at present. So the first reason I want to put forward at the very beginning should be considered as that women have the right to have a full time job as their careers just like men.

The importance of the equal between sexes has been dismissed for thousands of years by people around the world, especially in some Asia countries. In ancient China, women are not allowed to do any work even with the permission of their husbands, which was hard to got one. They are just allowed to stayed at home and served the olds. This has been a custom law in China for centuries. So, to this degree, I think it seems to have a point to make women not to share household equally with men.

Comparatively, many women are now in the control of nation governments. Such as the president of German, and the president of ROK. Women are now on the state of the world. Comparing to “Do as romans do.”, women are all able to “Do as men do.” Which is necessary to emphasis. Otherwise, many female employees, are now becoming the major efficacy in many transnational companies, who serve their companies, their families, and their dreams with their heart and soul. So, why can’t women be “whole time workers” and share household equally with men.

Overall, in order to help the female to have rights and merits, in my own opinion, I strongly support that women are supposed to have the right to have a full time job as their careers just like men. To make this possible, the governments should launch more laws and policies to support female rights, besides, they need to convince their residents about this idea. However, women are supposed to change their own thoughts and minds at the same time. A heated debate is arising, all we have to do is wait and see.
