具体招聘要求如下：
Main duties and responsibilities of this position are：
Provide consultation to clients inregards to GSM, 457, ENS/RSMS, Business/Investment, Student and Family visa subclasses
Communicate with skills assessing authorities, State/Territory Governments and DIBP for various types of applications
Prepare documents and lodge visa applications, monitor the application progress to ensure each case is finalised within the required time frame
Research and interpret latest migration policies or news released by MIA, State/Territory Governments and DIBP
Maintain and improve client resources, convert prospects into clients and achieve the divisional business target as a team member
The successful applicant will have the following skills and experience：
Current registration with MARA and has at least one year experience in Australian visa processing and lodgement to DIBP
Familiar with the Australian migration law, regulation and policy
Have experience in employer sponsored, business and investment, family visa application
Self-motived, good communication skills and pay good attention to details
Able to work independently, manage high volume of cases and meet the deadlines
Experience in Leap Migration Manager will be an advantage
Proficient Mandarin skills will be preferred
