Job Description

An opportunity to join our team in London as a Partnerships Manager has arisen and we are looking for an excited and passionate individual to be responsible for expanding our Blippar Partner Network. As Partnerships Manager, you will be responsible for: 


  • Qualifying, managing and converting leads from agencies willing to use self-service tools and become members of the Blippar Partner Network

  • Cultivating relationships with key decision makers of the main agencies in your territory

  • Creating and maintaining a robust sales pipeline

  • Analysing sales metrics to help evolve your sales strategy

  • Exceeding sales targets and activity metrics

  • Passionately evangelising about Blippar and its position as the pioneer of this revolution for agencies

  • Ensuring that Blippar partners receive the highest level of sales and operational customer service

  • Listening to partners’ feedback and influencing product improvements

  • Supporting the team through researching potential clients, geographies and industries

  • Passionately evangelising about Blippar and its position as the pioneer of this revolution for clients

  • Developing knowledge and insight to enable authoritative consultation with clients on best practice of Blippar uses as well as on campaign results



    Ideal candidates

    • At least 1 year of business development experience and 2-3 years of general working experience

    • Experience of sales through calling, cold calling as well as conversion of inbound leads

    • Business experience in dealing with different countries

    • International account management experience

    • Experience reviewing and negotiating contracts

    • An existing network of agencies, printers and packaging companies a plus

    • Previous knowledge of social marketing and lead generation

      techniques a plus

    • MBA degree or equivalent

    • Fluency in English and at least 2 other languages which must be European languages and/or Mandarin

    • Natural ability to sell and understand the customer's needs

    • Capacity to be flexible and creative in proposing solutions to respond to customer's situations and desires
