This role is working for a company who produce media in China. As Media Sales Manager, the potholder will be managing a small team of media sales executives who sell advertising space for print and online.

Responsibilities

• Conduct the ads and digital sales;

• Liaise with media planners;

• Lead a sales team;

• Set up sales target and sales strategies, aiming to meet or exceed targets;

• Identify new marketing opportunities to secure new clients and new business;

• Contribute to company revenue via successful business with your accounts;
  
  

Requirements



• Fluent Mandarin

• Proven record in sales;

• Wide range of contacts, including media planners;

• Good understanding of media market and its challenges in present day;

• Sales driven;

• Highly self-motivated and ambitious in achieving goals;
