We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Online Trading Coordinator in our Digital department to join our innovative TOPSHOP Online Trading team to drive international growth through 3rd party websites.
A role at TOPSHOP promises a fast paced, challenging and innovative working environment. The key to our success is our people, and becoming part of this inspiring team will be a really fantastic opportunity for the right person.
You will be responsible for managing relationships, coordinating trade and on site activity, and driving sales for 3rd party websites. This involves:
• Being the primary point of contact for a number of Topshop’s largest online partnerships
• Developing close working relationships with partners to ensure they are fully supported in driving sales
• Ensuring our partners have all the information and assets required to effectively trade their websites
• Creating and managing activity calendars for each partner, coordinating appropriate on site activity, managing brandshops and site placements
• Working closely with the International Marketing teams to agree online and offline PR and marketing activities relating to the partner
• Working closely with the International Buying & Merchandising teams on product selection and opportunities
• Supporting in the effective onboarding of new partners
• Supporting the Online Trading Manager in creating and delivering the long term strategy for partners
• Overseeing team assistant support where necessary
Responsibilities
Key Skills:
• Reporting on sales, key metrics and partner activity
• Displays an in-depth, customer-focused knowledge of international online markets
• Acts in pivotal role for partners and internal functions to co-ordinate projects and provide two-way communication.
• Results focused – able to prioritise initiatives based on impact to the business
• Develops new ideas, considers potential outcomes and develops action plans
• Problem solving – able to gather all information and identify problems quickly, using creativity to propose actionable solutions
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced, challenging environment to deliver required changes and make tangible differences
• Be a team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organised and self-motivated
• Mandarin speaker or knowledge of Chinese market preferable
