Company introduction & Job purpose

Lighthouse Nation, a London-Beijing based media production/consultancy company. We are working closely with top Broadcasters, brands and production companies in China and provide professional training, consultancy and production services together with reputable UK talents/ organisations. since 2014 we have organised over 10 training events/workshops in both Beijing and UK, provided production service for a Chinese reality show filmed in London together with British crew members that achieved over 700 million views on iQiyi.com in 2015.

Our next step focus will be creating original TV formats for Chinese market and worldwide.

Job Duties

• Support to Further develop existing program ideas into TV formats;

  
  

• Develop original ideas regarding TV shows/series production;

  
  

• Create and manage the production of teaser / sizzle reel;

  
  

• Provide coverage on all projects that are submitted to the company;

  
  

• Management and administrative duties;

• Keep track of industry news;

  
  

• Manage multi-lingual team from both UK and China

  
  

• Support to prepare sales package

• Attend international trade event, MIPTV, NATPE, ATF and TV festivals around China.
  
  

Qualifications: 

• Written, oral and interpersonal communication skills in English;
  Passion for TV & Film;

• Candidates preferrably speaks fluent Mandarin Chinese.
